Slips, Trips and Falls

We deal with all types of accident claims that fall into this category. The following are examples of this type of accident:

• A trip or fall in the road or on the pavement
• Slipping or falling in a supermarket, restaurant or office, or any other type of building open to the public
• Tripping or falling on any other type of private or public land
• Sustaining injury as a visitor or a tenant in rented accommodation

Limitation is usually 3 years from the date of the accident for personal injury and 6 years for property damage.
