Jason studied Law in Liverpool graduating in 1989 and undertook his training at Abensons, qualifying as a solicitor in 1993 and becoming a partner in 1997. Jason has spent his entire career practising in the area of personal injury litigation and initially dealing also with general litigation disputes for business and private clients.

Jason deals with all aspects of personal injury litigation including road traffic accidents, employer’s liability (accidents at work) and public occupier’s liability (accidents on the street or in a public place). The cases cover a wide spectrum from relatively low value claims to high value claims involving catastrophic injury. Jason has also developed a niche practice representing members of the emergency services who suffer injury during the course of their work.
