Greg read Law and French at Manchester University. After qualifying with a Top 50 UK firm and spending time with a Magic Circle firm, Greg joined Abensons as Head of Commercial Property in 2009. Greg is experienced in every aspect of commercial property transactions, covering office, retail and leisure and industrial sectors. Greg’s expertise covers the following areas: - site assembly, development and planning, landlord and tenant, leasehold extension and enfranchisement, real estate finance and commercial lending, estate management, licensing as well as the acquisition and disposal of all types of Commercial Property. Greg acts for a number of well known Merseyside organisations and acts for both regional and national bar operators, restauranteurs, developers, retailers as well as charities, not for profit organisations and high net worth individuals.
