Edward studied Law at Liverpool University, qualifying as a solicitor in 1971. After a short period practising in London, he became a partner in a Liverpool firm before founding his own firm in 1974, where he has remained as senior partner ever since.

Edward has always practised in the areas of conveyancing, property and business law. His client base is substantial representing individuals, small to medium sized businesses and limited companies of all sizes. Although Edward still deals occasionally with domestic conveyancing the majority of his work is connected with Commercial Property, Property Developments and a wide variety of Corporate and Commercial Transactions.
