Jason Nelson

Jason qualified as a Solicitor in 1993 and became a partner in Abensons in 1997 and has 15 years experience of dealing with all aspects of personal injury litigation.

As head of Abensons Personal Injury Department Jason deals with all aspects of road traffic accident litigation, employer's liability (accidents at work) and public and occupiers liability (accidents on the street or in public places).

Jason is used to dealing with a wide range of cases from modest relatively low value claims through to complex high value cases.
