Edward Abenson
Edward Abenson founded Abensons in 1974 and is the Senior Partner in the firm. Edward specialises in Conveyancing, Wills & Probate, and Commercial Leases. Edward has had vast experience of the Conveyancing market and understands both its strengths and weaknesses so much so that he can speed matters up and remove much of the stress involved in moving house.
Edward has seen the hardships caused to his client's by the failure of a deceased to make a Will. He can speedily advise his client's on taxation and all other issues involved in making a Will so that such difficulties can be avoided for their future.
Edward is aware of many of the pitfalls involved in drafting and advising on leases and commercial property. He can assist business client's in all aspects in this field in a speedy and efficient manner.
Edward has led the firm to achieve Investors in People and Lexcel Accreditation and is constantly adapting the practice to the ever changing legal world so that client's receive the best possible service and advice.
Edwards philosophy is that Abensons should be a modern forward thinking practice whilst retaining both a friendly and approachable atmosphere for client's.
