The Personal Injury Department represents clients both locally and nationally in all aspects of personal injury litigation. We handle a large number of road traffic accident claims and also cover the areas of employer's liability (accidents at work) and public and occupiers liability (accidents on the street or in public places). The majority of claims are handled on a no win no fee basis and we ensure that there are no deductions from any damages received by our clients. The Department has experience of dealing with all types of claims ranging from minor injuries to accidents involving severe injury. The Department can also assist with applications for criminal injury compensation made to the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority.
